Our Return Policy - BohoProm

All dresses made by hand work, although we can be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided. So please kindly confirm that the size you chose from our website should be the same as your actual size.  But take it easy, if there are our problems to make dresses wrong size, color, style, you will get payment back!
  • Please kindly check the confirm email that sent from us after placing an order. It is really important.
  • After placing an order, If you want to change size or color, please kindly contact us within 24 hour, the dress can be changed for free. If it's more than 24 hour, it will have extra cost. 
  • Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
    1. For standard order (size chose from size chart or color is different from our website), if we make wrong size or color which is not the same as you ordered, it can be returned; If everything is ok, sorry that the dress will not be sent back, because the dress is also only made for you.
    2. For custom order(Color not as picture shown or Custom Size), sorry we can't accept returning, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.
    3. For size error: Generally,  it will have about 2 cm errors when measure the dress, and it is acceptable because different people has different measure methods.
    4. If we make the right size accoring to your order size,but you feel the size is small or big after receiving the dress,It can't be returned or change for free.
    5. The goods in stock like shoes, veils an so on are not accepted returning.
    6. Sorry that we don't accept trial order. If you ordered 2 or more dresses and just want to choose one, it is trial order and this can't be returned.
    Note:We refuse return the items back without any quality problems . If you bought it ,and not love it after you received it , we refuse return !!!!
    We put all of our energy and mind into each dress, each of our dress are full of love, our long experience and skilled craftsmanship keep less return rate till now, but if there are our problems, we could return all your payment. 
    We will try to avoid mistake, we know each dress is so important for each girl, since all dresses made by handwork, there might be mistake, but if it is our problems, we will pay all the loss.
     
    Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for: Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress Which made by US- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress. 
    In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide: 
    1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive goods, we can't accept return of goods more than 15 days.
    2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc. 
    3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted. 
    4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 
    5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive. 
    6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress. 
    7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty.

     

    Color Mismatch

    The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on bohopromSlight color aberration of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. And the pictures in the page are only for reference, the color can not be 100% the same, we can only assure 90% similarity with the models. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

    Note: We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds if the color is right according to your color information on the order. If you love the color shown on pictures, please tell us: "color as picture" but not the color you consider in your mind.

    About canceling order.
    • Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
